Extra large head clout nails have a wider head than a standard clout, so they grip roofing felt and soft board without tearing. The short galvanised shank (13mm to 40mm) holds the covering without punching through the boards. Carbon steel, corrosion rating 2, sold loose by weight, the go-to for shed and outbuilding felt.
